We are sure that you will be completely satisfied with your purchases as before the shipment of our products there is a re-inspection for any damage or defects. In every purchase through the internet, the consumer has the right (based on law 4177/2013 173 A ‘/ 8-8-2013 part b article 9), to withdraw unreasonably within fourteen (14) calendar days returning the good in its original condition- packaging without incurring any costs other than return costs. The product to be returned must be unused, and be in excellent condition in which you received it, as well as its packaging materials and special markings (label, cards, instructions). Place the manufacturer’s product and packaging materials in an extra package or wrapper so that they are protected from damage on return. In case the product is defective, returns should be made to the courier company where you received the product. Products at an offer price and products upon order, are not returned. The replacement / refund amount will be valid according to the existing prices, at the time of receipt by us. You will deduct 20% if the product is returned with damaged packaging. Products that are on order are not returned.
